How does Bathmate work?
Your penis is divided into three chambers, two large ones

Is Bathmate limited to the bath or is it shower friendly?
Bathmate is effective in both the shower and the bath. For many men it is simply more convenient to use whilst showering.
1) Use the shower head to fill the Bathmate up with water.
2) Firmly grip the bottom of the Bathmate hydropump to ensure water is not escaping.
3) Put your penis inside the Bathmate unit and pump the device towards your body to create a vacuum.
4) Continue showering as normal. You don't need to keep hold of the Bathmate and can thus move your hands freely to wash. To ensure you have created the optimal vacuum, simply pump the gaiter every 4-5 minutes.
5) When the 15-20 minutes is up, release the vacuum by pressing the pressure release valve at the end of the unit. Now remove your penis from the Bathmate unit.
